08-09 Sports Physicals Scheduled

Physicals for all prospective Lucas athletes will be given on Saturday, June 14th, 2008. No August date will be scheduled this year. Boys wishing to be seen by Dr. Berry or Dr. Cates are to be at the Middle School at 8:00am with girls scheduled to follow at 9:30am.

Physical packets will be available from the Athletic Office in late May, or can be printed off this website from the 'Links/Forms' section. Be sure that all forms are filled out completely before arriving for your physical and that you are not using an outdated form.
