In celebrate and honor the accomplishments of Gavin Shindeldecker and the varsity football team, the LHS cheerleaders are hosting a community pep rally and bonfire Friday night at 7pm. The rally will be held in the "Pioneer Lot" across from the Elementary School and will feature the cheer squad, marching band and featured guests, State Qualifying Cross Country runner Gavin Shindeldecker and the OHSAA playoff varsity football team.

Stop in the office from 8am-4pm to purchase your chance to ‘Bring the Hammer” Friday night as $1 gets you two swings at a car donated by Tucker Brothers or simply purchase at the rally Friday night. The Lucas Athletic Boosters will be offering free hot chocolate and the Cheerleaders will holding a bake sale throughout the rally as well.

Gavin will run in the State Cross Country Championships Saturday at 11am at National Trail Raceway in Hebron and the football team travels to Arlington Saturday evening for a 7pm kick-off versus the Red Devils.
