Lady Cubs Celebrate Senior Night with Win over Ontario
The Lady Cubs started 5 Seniors in game one of the match with Ontario and were led to victory by Ann Abbenhaus who recorded 2 kills in the game and was making her first varsity start for the Cubs.
A large crowd was present to honor Seniors Kayla Aungst, Lucy Leiendecker, Tabby Neel, Makenzie Sauder and Ann Abbenhaus who is an exchange student playing her first season of volleyball. Top performers for the Cubs were Makenzie Sauder who served 20 of 21 for 15 points and 4 aces, Lucy Leiendecker who recorded 15 digs and Amanda Collins who was the top hitter going 10 of 11 for 6 kills.
The Lady Cubs finish the regular season with a record of 7-15 overall and 4-10 in the NCC.
