Middle School Volleyball Tournament Information
The Lucas Lady Cubs Middle School Volleyball squads will begin 2009 NCC Tournament play on Saturday, October 10th. The 7th grade team will play at Buckeye Central's old high school gymnasium while the 8th grade bunch will travel to Colonel Crawford.
The 7th grade squad will face off with Ontario on Saturday, October 10th at 9:00am. Ontario enters the NCC Championships as the 2nd seed, while the Lady Cubs come in seeded 6th. A victory over Ontario would advance the Cubs to the winner of the Colonel Crawford vs. Buckeye Central match-up. This game would be played on Monday, October 12th at 4:00pm.
Also on Saturday, October 10th, the 8th graders will be at the Colonel Crawford Middle School versus Bucyrus. The 3rd seeded Lady Cubs will face-off with 5th seeded Bucyrus. A victory over Bucyrus would move Lucas into a match-up with either Ontario or Buckeye Central on Tuesday, October 13th, at 6:00pm.
