Coach Fanello has been a resident of Lucas his entire life. He is in his 12th season as
an assistant coach for varsity/junior varsity football. A volunteer with youth programs,
he has served on the board of directors and as coach for both the Lucas Youth League
and Lucas Pee-Wee Football program. He is a 1994 graduate of Lucas High School
where he earned four varsity football letters along with All-Conference and All-District
honors. He also earned varsity letters in basketball and baseball. He graduated in 1996
from Mount Union University with a degree in Business Management, Marketing,
Finance and Economics. He and his wife, Traci, reside in Lucas with their two daughters, Tori and Paige. Jeff is a co-owner of Ohio Valley Manufacturing in Mansfield
